It's my b-day and on days like these I allow myself to give in to the cliché things you do on bdays... Like taking an imagery fresh crispy white sheet of paper and writing down with feather and ink my resolution for my 24th year to come on this planet. We all have resolutions every time a life-event takes place and we all know we never really make all of them turn into reality but as we get older it feels like this could be your last shot at making them true. I won't bother you with the stuff I wrote down in calligraphic handwriting on my imaginary to-do list, but one thing is of major priority: TO WAKE UP. Life's too short and sometimes it's easy to slip away in a stream of unconscious self-pity, sometimes we think to much and do too little, we fear and fear makes action freeze when it's needed most. So this is my note to self: wake up, get it over with all ready, do the things that frighten you and stop you from being who you truly were once. Enjoy life at the fullest, forget about the tiny things that make you feel miserable like a pair of undies that became to tight since last year because you indulged your thesis stress with chocolate. So be it, buy a bigger pair and go run a mile or two. I think I just realised that I reached my limit of "spoilable' life time on unimportant nerve-wrecking matter a long time ago. Excuse me while I go and live my life the fullest.

B-DaY note to self: WAKE UP
It's my b-day and on days like these I allow myself to give in to the cliché things you do on bdays...
