May the muffins be with you.

Recipe after the jump...

ingredients:

2 cups of all purpose flour
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of white sugar/cane sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
100 grams of butter (melted and cooled)
2/3 cups of milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
handfull of hazelnuts/walnuts chopped
130 grams chopped chocolate/chocolate chips (I prefer to chop quality chocolate into big chunks rather then using chocolate chips they're so boring)
not necessarily: 12 cupcake papers

Here's how you do it:

1. Preheat oven at 200°C
2. Put 12 cupcake-papers on a baking plate or in a cupcake form
3. Put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl an mix gently
4. in another recipient put the butter, eggs, milk and vanilla and mix with a mixer/kitche aid for a minute until nice 'n smooth
5. in the middle of the flour mixture digg a little hole and pour in little by little the "wet" ingredients, mix everything well untill you get a homogene texture.
6. add nuts, chocolate chips and if you like other stuff
7. with two table spoons, fill carefully the cupcake forms
8. pop them in the oven for 25 minutes.
9. with a toothpick you can check if there ready to see the daylight, pinch them and if the toothpick comes out clean, you're done.
10. put on a cooling rack and let them chill for a while.

Best when eaten above a very very boring schoolbook and when you're stressed out mind needs a break from mathematic shizzle.
