Exams may be harsh and unfriendly to our mood. But I always find myself enjoying the small things a day can bring in times like these. Like making yummy breakfast and drinking rivers of jasmin tea. Actually, the idea of having breakfast is the only thing that gets me out of bed these mornings. 2 down 2 to go.


Roasted Muesli & Fruits on soy yoghurt.









Whatcha'll need:


small cup of muesli (any normal kind will do)
some raisins
some hazelnuts (chopped)
a cup of raspberries
1/2 kiwi in dices
1/2 apple chopped
150 grams of yoghurt (recently I discovered Alpro soy yoghurt, and oh boy I digg that stuff)


Watcha'll do:


In a small grill pan, bake the apple until lightly golden then add muesli, nuts and raisins. You'll notice when they're ready as your kitchen will start to smell like heaven. 
Meanwhile pour some yoghurt in a bowl, sweeten as you like.  Sprinkle kiwi on top and then add your muesli mix. At last pop in some raspberries. 
Dig in, and I guarantee your morning moodiness will change into a bag of happy thoughts.


Makes one serving.
